We can arrange to visit your premises and complete a full Fire Risk Assessment of your building or of designated area(s) within your building.

Firstly, we provide you with a free quote for the premises.

We then schedule a convenient time to conduct a survey of each area of the premises collating detailed information.  The time that this takes varies upon the size of the building.

Smaller office fire risk assessments take from anywhere between 1 and 3 hours to review, whereas larger premises might take a series of visits over a longer period of time.  Timescales are always outlined in our free quotes.

A report is then drafted from the information collected, and then presented back to you in an 'easy to understand' format comprehensively covering your duties as detailed in the Regulatory Reform Order (fire safety) 2005.

Dependant upon the Fire Risk Assessments urgency, we can usually turnaround reports within 14 days of the information survey.  If there are more urgent timescales such as imminent fire brigade visits or premises opening dates, we can be flexible with the timescales.
